Your night, on your device.
Record sounds around your bed and replay possible snoring. Recording and analysis happen on your device.
iOS 17 or laterHow do I get started?
Tap the microphone on the home screen and allow microphone access. Recording can continue while the screen is locked. Stop to finish, then use the headphones button or past records to listen. You can replay the introductory tour in Settings.
Recording will not start or has stopped.
Check microphone permission in iPhone Settings. Finish any call or other microphone use, then try again. Check available storage too. If the app shows an interruption, use its resume button. Audio recording does not continue after force-quitting the app.
Why is there no movement pattern?
Check motion permission and device support. Short recordings or insufficient movement data may not produce an estimate. You can still record sound without motion permission.
How do I enable the snoring alarm?
The alarm is off by default. Swipe the cat or enable automatic wake-up in Settings. A test alarm is available after 3 seconds. iOS 26 or later uses system alarms with separate authorization. iOS 17–25 uses ordinary sound notifications affected by silent mode, Focus, and notification settings.
How long is audio kept?
By default, audio is not automatically deleted. Choose 1, 7, or 30 days to remove expired audio while retaining dates and analysis records. Deleting an entire record removes its audio and analysis together and cannot be undone in the app.
Sound candidates and movement patterns are for reference, not diagnoses of sleep stages or medical conditions. An absence of detected snoring does not establish sleep or normal breathing.
Need a hand?
Email your app version, iOS version, iPhone model, and steps to reproduce the issue. You do not need to send personal recordings or sleep records.
